I think you background is pretty good I think you could add more of an explanation of what thoughtful positive helpful is I think you could add more words and try make the words smaller not to the point were i can't see it though
Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
